My goal is to assist individuals to connect with themselves and reach inner peace through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or are trying yoga for the first time, my focus is to create a welcoming space open to creativity and the freedom to grow on your personal mindfulness journey.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and enjoy teaching others the joys of yoga. After completing my 200hr YTT, I went on to receive my certification in Gentle & Restorative yoga practices. I continue to learn and grow within my own practice and love working with others.

Hatha Yoga
This style of practice focuses on posture and breathing techniques. It is a great way to build strength while promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
Gentle & Restorative Yoga
It is important to build a foundation for your yoga practice and gentle yoga allows movement at a slower, meaningful pace.
Restorative yoga allows us to prioritize deep relaxation. With the support of props, you can fully surrender into the poses for an extended period.
Vinyasa Yoga
With a focus of linking movement and breath, a flow practice can be energizing and empowering. Moving between poses prompts a strong connection to the breath.
